How It Works
Ordering digital gaming credits and gift cards from MSGC SHOP is straightforward. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order to the moment your credits are delivered.
Step 1 — Place Your Order
Browse the store, select the product and denomination you need, and complete checkout. At checkout, you'll be asked to provide the account details required for delivery (see Step 2). Payment is processed securely before any order is fulfilled.
Step 2 — Provide Your Game Account Details
Depending on the product you purchase, you may need to supply one or more of the following at checkout or via WhatsApp after payment:
- Game username or Player ID (e.g., your in-game UID or account tag)
- Server or region (where applicable — some games require this to route credits correctly)
- Email address linked to your game account (for gift card redemption, where required)
Important: Double-check all account details before submitting. Incorrect information may result in credits being delivered to the wrong account. MSGC SHOP cannot be held responsible for errors caused by inaccurate details provided by the buyer.
Step 3 — Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal (international buyers)
- Flutterwave (card, bank transfer, and mobile money — Nigeria and select African markets)
- Additional methods may be displayed at checkout depending on your location
All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Step 4 — Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed and your account details are verified, your credits or gift card will be delivered via one of the following methods:
- WhatsApp — You'll receive a message from our official WhatsApp with your credits, top-up confirmation, or gift card code. Message us on WhatsApp
- Direct deposit — For supported games, credits are deposited directly into your game account. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the deposit is complete.

If There's an Issue

- Contact us — If 15 minutes have passed and you haven't received your credits, message us on WhatsApp or visit our Contact page with your order number and the account details you provided. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
We do not issue refunds for correctly delivered orders. If an error on our part results in non-delivery or incorrect delivery, we will re-deliver or issue a store credit at our discretion.
